Yes. KPro is fully licensed in Missouri and Illinois, bonded for commercial work, and carries general liability + workers compensation insurance. We provide certificates of insurance with every estimate. BBB A+ accredited since October 2020.
KPro uses our own bilingual in-house crews — never day labor. Crew leads have been with KPro 6–18 years. Every installer is GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed manufacturer-trained. The owner is on-site for every insurance claim and every commercial install.
GAF Preferred Contractor, Owens Corning Preferred, CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator, Mule-Hide Preferred Contractor (commercial), and Pella Certified Contractor (windows). These certifications mean we install to manufacturer spec and offer extended manufacturer warranties unavailable to non-certified contractors.
Yes. Every roof carries the manufacturer's material warranty (typically 30–50 years) plus KPro's 5-year workmanship warranty in writing. Commercial systems include the Mule-Hide system warranty. We've never walked away from a warranty claim — many of our reviews mention us coming back years later.
