Thermoplastic Polyolefin — the modern flat-roof standard. Energy-efficient, weldable seams, 20–30 year life. KPro is Mule-Hide Preferred.
If you own a commercial building in St. Louis with a flat or low-slope roof, TPO is probably what you should be installing.
Heat-welded seams. Unlike older EPDM rubber roofs that rely on adhesive seams, TPO welds together with hot air. The seam is stronger than the panel itself.
Reflective white surface. Bounces sunlight, reduces cooling load. ENERGY STAR rated.
20–30 year life. If installed by a certified contractor (us), warranties run 20–30 years from major manufacturers.
Easier repairs. Patches weld in clean. EPDM patches don't.
Drone scan + walkthrough. We map every seam, drain, and penetration.
Repair the existing TPO/EPDM, or full replacement. We tell you straight.
Mechanically attached, fully adhered, or ballasted. Spec to match your building.
Optional annual inspection program — we catch problems before they become leaks.
EPDM is rubber, glued seams. TPO is thermoplastic, welded seams. TPO is whiter (more reflective), seams are stronger, and it's the modern industry preference for new commercial flat roofs.
Yes. We heat-weld a patch over the affected area. If the underlying issue is bigger (drain failure, structural movement), we address that too.
Commercial TPO runs $7–$14 per square foot installed depending on building access, drain count, and insulation requirements. Smaller jobs sometimes higher per-foot due to mobilization.
Yes. We offer annual inspection programs that catch seam separation, debris buildup, and drain blockages before they cause leaks. Most commercial customers wish they'd started this years earlier.
No obligation. Real people. Real St. Louis roofers since 2020.
