Welcome to KPro Roofing & Renovation ("KPro," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at go2kpro.com (the "Site"), our services, and any communications you receive from us, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
By accessing or using the Site, contacting KPro, or providing your information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Site and services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
KPro is a licensed roofing and renovation contractor serving the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to roof inspection, roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage assessment, insurance claim assistance, siding, windows, gutters, soffit and fascia, and interior renovations. All work is performed pursuant to a written agreement signed by both KPro and the homeowner or property owner.
This section outlines the terms applicable to all SMS communications between KPro and you.
By providing your mobile phone number to KPro and opting in to receive text messages — whether through a web form, in person, by phone, or otherwise — you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from KPro for purposes including but not limited to: appointment scheduling and reminders, quote follow-ups, service updates, project communications, billing notifications, promotional offers, and customer support responses.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with KPro. You may receive recurring messages related to your project, account, or marketing communications you have opted into.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges for messages sent to and received from KPro are your responsibility. Check your wireless plan for details.
You may opt out of receiving SMS communications from KPro at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message, and you will not receive additional SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

KPro's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information you provide in connection with SMS communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Inspection and quote estimates provided by KPro are based on visible conditions observed at the time of inspection and the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on undisclosed or hidden conditions, change orders, material price fluctuations, scope adjustments, and other factors. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Any work performed by KPro is governed by a separate written contract executed between you and KPro. That contract — not these Terms — governs scope of work, materials, pricing, payment, warranties, and project-specific obligations. In the event of a conflict, the written project contract controls.
Payment terms are set forth in your written project contract. KPro accepts cash, check, major credit cards, and financing through approved third-party lenders. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
If you engage KPro to assist with an insurance claim, you remain solely responsible for accurate communication with your insurance carrier and for all financial obligations under your policy, including your deductible. KPro does not waive insurance deductibles, as doing so is prohibited by insurance regulations.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, and other materials — is the property of KPro Roofing & Renovation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KPro makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, its content, or any communications, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KPro does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Warranties on KPro's roofing and renovation work, materials, and labor are set forth exclusively in your written project contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPro and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our communications, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) amounts you paid to KPro under your written project contract giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KPro and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
